Kim Kardashian is famously known as big reality T.V star alongside her two sisters, brother, two half sisters, mother and step father. They have been named as the perfect Hollywood family, but things having been so perfect for them.
Kim was first recognised whilst partying with then BFF, Paris Hiltion. From then on Kim found herself in the middle of a media whirlwind. In 2006, a sex tape was release of Kim and boyfriend at the time, Ray J. This situation could potentially ruin the reputation of any celebrity, but in the long run boosted her career to make her the amazing business woman she is today.
Although he sex tape was bad publicity on her family name, her mother, Kris Jenner reached out to Ryan Seacrest, T.V producer to create a reality show on the family's day to day life style, giving the public more insight on how they were dealing with the crisis.
A good family friend, Jonathan Cheban, owns PR agency Command PR, and has played a great part in building a positive image for not only Kim, but her whole family. I think all the good publicity they have received has raised their profile greatly, Kris Jenner has turned a crisis in to a money maker, with the family earning $65 million dollars in 2010.
From perfumes to clothing lines, the Kardashian family are laughing all the way to the bank, showing how a crisis doesn't always have to be the breaking of a person.
